1. Brief Introduction Of CM Concrete Mixer

Mixing shaft
Equipped with a hexagonal mixing shaft as standard design, which has optimized torsional and bending strength. Hexagonal mixing shaft is convenient for arranging the position of mixing arm, making it form a spiral layout and reach the best mixing effect.
Cone gear planetary transmission reducer
Two heavy-duty imported reducers are specially customized for the mixer. its structure makes it has long service life and predominant efficiency of higher than 92%. All the shock brought by quick loading or full-load restarting can be easily buffered and absorbed.
Shaft seal
Shaft seal adopts imported realized axial seal and all sealing parts are easy to be removed and replaced, it is also suitable for bad work conditions for easily maintenance.
Discharging gate
The discharging device is designed as arc shape, simple in sealing structure but with significant performance and functions. Discharging gate can be opened into different stages, especially suitable for delivery to truck mixer. In special application, a large-scale discharging gate can be used to accelerate discharging speed.
Bearing of mixing shaft
The bearing is especially designed as an entirely separate part from shaft seal. If the shaft seal is damaged unexpectedly, the bearing will not be damaged. In addition, this design is easy for the maintenance replacement of shaft seal.
