The mixing tank is very large and recycle speed is very fast when mixing with high efficiency. Discharging volume of each tank can reach 6 m3. It takes 3 minutes to finish mixing for 18 m3 transport truck.

High efficient wear parts
Mixing arm adopt high wear cast steel with elliptical design, less material resistance, much smoothly flow, thick and firm, not easy to wear or break and in long service life. The plate adopt thicken design, production-line special processing technology, the bottom plate are made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy cast iron, with excellent abrasion resistance and impact resistance.
Shaft-end seal system
Shaft ends sealing system is combined with wear-resisting rubber, labyrinth seal and floating seal in stable and reliable durability and without leak. All the parts are easy to dismantle and change. It is suitable for all kinds of bad working condition.
Discharging door
The discharging system is designed in circular shape with simple sealing structure. The discharging system can be opened in several different stages to adjust discharging speed. Especially be suitable for concrete tank truck loading.
High efficient power drive
6m3 concrete mixers adopts imported Italy brand Bonfiglioli planetary gear box which has ultra-high torque and compact structure. There are four motor drives in two sides. The overall characteristics of the driving system are compact structure, smooth transmission, concise and reliable. The transmission efficiency can be reached 91%-94%. Joint part is in thicken design to meet requirements.
Moisture sensor
High precision moisture test for moving materials, provide the highest precision test result during mixing.
